After more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Marija-Jasna
founded Monocytes d.o.o. in 2024 – combining her passion for science with a clear mission: to elevate clinical research standards.
Starting as a medical biochemist fascinated by DNA and the human cell system, she later became a pharmacist and Head of Pharmacy. Yet, her true professional calling emerged in clinical trial monitoring, where her investigative spirit thrived.
Having entered the field with little guidance herself, she decided to
create educational programs for those curious about the clinical trial world –
offering clarity, direction, and confidence to newcomers. Through years of site collaboration and hands-on experience, Jasna identified
recurring challenges in trial performance.
Her solution? A proven step-by-step Site Preparation Strategy, built on fundamentals and tailored support – helping clinics
evolve into high-performing clinical trial sites.
