I’m Marija-Jasna Bašić, a Senior Clinical Research Associate and founder of Monocytes d.o.o., with 16 years of experience across Phase II–IV clinical trials, post-market safety studies, and medical device trials. I hold Master’s degrees in Pharmacy and Medical Biochemistry from the University of Zagreb.
My “2-in-1” expertise combines 13 years of on-site CRA experience with 3 years as a Lead Central Monitor at Syneos Health, spanning oncology, rare diseases, and neurology. I have helped turn sites facing closure into top recruiters and achieved site activation on the day of SIV.
